1. General Policy

Due to the specialized, professional, and consultative nature of our services, refunds and cancellations are handled with care and in accordance with clearly defined terms. All requests will be considered fairly, while maintaining our commitment to transparency and responsibility.

The Refund shall be only considered in the event there is a clear, visible deficiency in delivery of the service by E-Legalix or its designated representatives.


2. Cancellation Policy

 Service-Based Engagements

  • Pre-Engagement Cancellation: If the service is cancelled before the formal engagement begins (i.e., before the initial consultation or deliverables are provided), a full refund will be issued, minus any administrative or documentation costs already incurred.
  • Post-Engagement Cancellation: If cancellation occurs after the engagement has commenced, charges will apply based on the amount of work completed. No refund will be granted for work already delivered.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • If a service is not delivered as agreed upon due to our error or oversight, we will either rectify the issue or issue a partial/full refund.
  • Refunds are not applicable once deliverables have been accepted or submitted, especially in compliance advisory, legal, and governance-related engagements.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 15 Business days of the issue occurring, with sufficient justification.

4. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Any applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we encourage clients to reach out directly to our team at info@e-legalix.co.in or at +91 8689827252. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in the spirit of our values—integrity, fairness, and accountability.


5. Other Conditions:

  • If a customer withdraws his application due to external factors (rejection from Registrar, Trademark office or any other), the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
  • If an application is pending with the concerned Govt. department for an elongated period of time, a refund will not be processed.
  • If the request for a refund has been raised 30 days after the purchase of a service/product or service/product delivery has been completed and the same has been intimated and indicated via email or through any form of communication stating that the work has been completed, then, in such cases a refund will not be considered.
  • In case the client has not been responsive for over two months, the order will be considered null and void and will not be considered for a refund.
